This Waves class is a place where you can let go and discover your own dance.5Rhythms is a transformational movement practice developed by Gabrielle Roth. No experience is necessary. Dancers connect to themselves and others. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Cost is $15, $20 to support scholarship, $120 for ten class pass.
