The Full Snow Moon peaks on 1st February, marking the heart of winter—traditionally a time of stillness.

This circle is about rest, warmth, and quiet recalibration.
A pause to honour the body, soothe the nervous system, and gently release what no longer needs to be carried through the final stretch of winter.
