Moonrise Ceremony

Join BAAITS, 5 Element SF, and Urban Campesinx for an evening of reflection, prayer, and connection under the rising moon. This ceremony invites our Two-Spirit, IndigeQueer, Indigenous LGBTQIA+ relatives and allies to gather in circle, honor our ancestors, and root ourselves in the cycles of land and sky. Together we will explore the teachings of queer ecology, plant medicine, and ancestral ways of attuning with the moon, guided by community voices and ceremony keepers.

Through song, offerings, and collective presence, we will create space for healing and renewal, affirming the sacredness of our identities and innerconnection of all beings. The evening will include food, danza offering, a space for reflection, and community grounding.

This gathering continues our commitment to build safe, accessible, and culturally rooted spaces for Two-Spirit and IndigeQueer community in the Bay Area.
