We are back again with Moonflow IN THE SUN! This offers an exhilarating outdoor yoga class at Logboat Brewing Co., providing the perfect blend of mindfulness and sunshine for a rejuvenating experience. Join Amber for this invigorating class that combines the practice of yoga with the serenity of your toes in the grass!
Stay afterwards and hang at the brewery, walk to get yums at Biscuit Bar, Beet Box, Irene's or Pasta La Fata! Make it a day!
This class is all levels, no experience necessary.
