The moon holds a mystical presence. Its symbolism and the significance of its phases invites us to look inward and harness the energy of each phase and gain new understandings of ourselves. Join us for an Evening of creativity and reflection under the Full Moon energy and make your own mixed media moon painting. Infuse your canvas with illuminating intentions, explore various texturing techniques for the background with acrylics and choose from a variety of papers and embellishments to create your moon painting.
You will also explore the symbolism of the moon and its phases and explore the personal meaning it has for you through guided meditation and journaling techniques.
