Dreaming of how to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival? Join us OCTOBER 5 at Rhythm (141 Bathurst) 4-10PM for MOON RABBIT: a mid-autumn mahjong & dance party!
Taking inspiration from Mid-Autumn’s traditional marker as the year’s brightest and fullest moon honouring harvest’s bounties, we invite you to gather with us in celebration of abundance in all forms and manifestation of an alternate world that feels like home. Come play mahjong with friends & chosen family old and new, drink lychee martinis, eat mooncake, and dance!
Sounds by FION, ORKID, & LYCHEE will have you grooving and hopping as moon bunnies, while mahjong tables will be available for convivial play all afternoon to night! All levels of knowledge welcome & encouraged—mahjong lessons will be available 4-5:30PM for those who desire!
