October's Full Moon is traditionally a time to turn inwards and prepare for the coming of winter. Caitlyn will lead you through a guided meditation crafted specially for the energy of this Full Moon. You will select a small tumbled piece of Moonstone to meditate with and keep. Moonstone encourages reflection, and supports emotional balance so we can move forward working WITH our inner world, instead of fighting against it. We will also be offering a special warm moon milk with this session.
