Ring in 2026 where love in a strange place meets a very good time. Our old Fremantle lock-up turns full celebration mode this New Year’s Eve - drinks in the Distillery Bar, dinner in The Dining Room, and a live DJ spinning across the night.

A celebratory banquet built for sharing: Bloody Mary Albany rock oysters, crispy duck dumplings, steamed wagyu dumplings, duck leg confit, goldband snapper with coconut laksa vermicelli, grilled broccolini, steamed rice, and our chef’s signature dessert.
Bar | Kick things off with cocktails, house-distilled spirits, wines and beers. Walk-ins welcome at the bar; bookings advised.
Music | Live DJ all night to soundtrack the countdown.
