A creative bonding experience for young girls and their caring adultsBrought to you by Gawler Libraries and Taboo Period Products, Mood Swings and Masterpieces is a unique, hands-on program where girls and their trusted caregivers — whether parents, aunties, guardians, mentors, or family friends — come together to co-create a paint-by-number canvas while learning about puberty, periods, and the incredible changes of the female body.In a warm and supportive space, participants will:· Share meaningful, creative time together· Learn accurate, age-appropriate information about periods and body changes· Open up communication around sensitive topics· Strengthen trust and connection through creativity and conversationDesigned for girls ages 9–13 and their chosen caring adult, this experience transforms what can feel awkward or confusing into something empowering, artistic, and full of joy.Because growing up doesn’t have to be awkward — it can be a masterpiece.
