Mood-Performance-Tants 2022 "TUNG"

Welcome to the 24th edition of the Mood-Performance-Tants fashion show „????“ (Eng. “URGE”).
This will be the first physical fashion show in 2 years since the pandemic. ✦ Expect a lively atmosphere with performance, art, dance, and eclectic fashion pieces. You will get to see the works of 5 independent fashion designers and the final theses of 10 textile design students from Pallas University of Applied Sciences.

The event is organized by the students at Pallas University of Applied Sciences, Estonian Fashion Festival, and independent artists.

The gloomy tone of the urge conceals captivating creativity. The urge is not just a protest but a thirst for life. It is self-creative and unique, direct, independent, eternal, and primitive, free, and boundless.
Under the direction of ????????-???????? ??????????, the Mood-Performance-Tants show takes the viewer to perceive the special forms of “TUNG” in a symbiosis of fashion, performance, and dance. Composer and musician Uku Kalmus is going to create unique sound pieces for each of the 15 collections. For the lighting show the artist Kärt Karro will be doing her magic.
The performance aims to give designers unlimited freedom to express themselves. The director interprets the essence of an ambiguous word through movement and brings the viewer to the center of the whole play.
