MOOD LIFTERS (USA) Rush Tribute | Saturday 7th Aug | The Gov, Adelaide

Southern California's exciting MOOD LIFTERS are the world's best performers of the music of RUSH other than if RUSH were on stage themselves. With over 2 million YouTube views, Guitarist Ben King, bassist/keyboardist Isamu Kakitani (both formerly of Xanadoodz – A Tribute to Rush), drummer Mat Miranda, and awesome new singer Charlotte La Rue deliver the music of RUSH exactly how you want to hear it. Charlotte is a School Of Rock vocal instructor, and has been receiving rave reviews for not only nailing the vox, but doing so with the same phrasing, tone, and vocal quicks as Geddy himself.
For their 2027 tour, MOOD LIFTERS will deliver two very full sets including Permanent Waves in full plus the 2112 Suite. Other nuggets that will be sure to send Rush fans home happy are cherished songs such as “Closer to The Heart”, “Limelight”, “Subdivisions”, “Working Man”, and “Tom Sawyer”.
Like the band they tribute, all members of MOOD LIFTERS are committed to a simple concept - that the music of RUSH deserves to be honoured by faithful and accurate reproduction, with high energy and enthusiasm, in every single performance.
