This year, we’re thrilled to host our 8th Stronger Together Gala at the beautiful Concord Historical Society—an outdoor-and-indoor venue for an evening of celebration, impact, and giving.

We uplift Contra Costa County's most vulnerable communities by advocating for their needs, providing essential rights’ education, and creating meaningful connections to resources that foster independence and opportunity.
