Montreal St. Patrick's Day Parade 2025

The 200th Montreal St. Patrick's Parade is scheduled for Sunday March 16 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This milestone event organized by the United Irish Societies of Montreal celebrates two centuries of Irish heritage and community spirit in the city.

Montreal hosts Canada’s oldest St. Patrick’s Day parade in Canada celebrated since 1824.

The three-hour procession features hundreds of floats marching band performers an impressive massive replica of St. Patrick. and revelers marching to celebrate the Irish community. 

After many of the participants and spectators head to the area around Bishop Crescent and University streets where Irish pints and music will be flowing freely at the Old Dublin Hurley’s and McKibbin’s. 

One of the main highlights of March the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Montreal attracts about 500000 spectators and thousands of participants. Cheering crowds dressed in traditional Irish costumes leprechaun hats and fake red beards fill the streets of downtown Montreal.

Start: Corner of Fort Street and De Maisonneuve Boulevard

End: Intersection of Jeanne-Mance Street and De Maisonneuve Boulevard
