Come join us for our third Soundbath with cally from the @theselflovesubscription for another truly beautiful evening , we shall meet at sea biscuit where we will steam ourselves with some beautiful scented loyly ( the steam from the stones ) Scented with essential oil water by smelly trees fife to invigorate and awaken our senses , we will have sea dip and sauna contrast therapy between hot and cold then we shall walk around to our favourite hall to relax in our mats and enjoy a delicious plant based offering of a light meal before we lay down to be washed with the sounds of the healing vibrations of the sounds of the bowls , hand pan and just truly let go fir the evening , setting us up for the week ahead , £40 per person inc sauna / supper /sound
