I am so happy to be continuing our beautiful women’s circle & guided mediation however with a slight change this will now be held once a month , the last wendsday of each month ? This is the perfect time to relax unwind and have some self care whilst connecting with other like minded women .
This is a relaxed evening no pressure no rushing it’s our time , you will be welcome with nothing but love and kindness from my self and others ?
There is no experience necessary at all just your beautiful self’s no judgement this is a safe place where we can be our authentic self’s .
During the meditation I will also offer a little reiki the numbers will be capped at a max of 13 women to keep the group small
And intimate ?
You can even come in your pjs ???
