Veterans and their families as well as active military are welcome to utilize this opportunity. Please bring your DD214 or military ID for registration. Registration begins at 3pm with distribution between 3-4:30pmIn order to respect everyone’s health please note the following:
1) Everyone will be required to stay in their vehicles. A staff member will load food items in your vehicle when you arrive.
2) If in need of any services, please call 815-321-4673
Please be patient during this process, as we wish to assist every Veteran, but also keep everyone healthy during this difficult time.
