Please join us in beginning or continuing your practice of meditation and journey in healing. This series of classes will be a practice of different techniques and cover various types of meditation. We will heal through these active practices. With some education included when needed, you will gain the know-how to continue your own meditation practice after this series. Plan on coming to relax, reduce stress, and reap the reward of meditating! Participants should wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and any other tools needed to sit comfortably for an hour's practice.* Please arrive 10 minutes early so that class starts promptly.
