Join us for our exclusive Stretch Class on Tuesday, July 9th, from 6-7pm at our Northside location. During this monthly stretch class, we will dive into the myofascial tissue and how to release tension as well as experience benefits such as improved flexibility, enhanced mobility, and injury prevention!

Equipment included: lacrosse ball, strap, and yoga mat if needed. Please bring water and sweat towel.
