Lead by Megan

Megan was born and raised in a small town in Southeast GA, and moved to Atlanta after graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She began her personal yoga journey in 2018 when she realized that there was more to physical exercise than being in the gym and running 5-6 days a week.Megan started to see herself changing, not only physically but mentally and spiritually. Her passion for yoga only continued to grow as time went on.

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Megan enrolled in a Spring Teacher Training Program. She knew it had to be her calling, as everything lined up so perfectly – including the finances and availability of time. She completed a 200-hour Integrative Vinyasa certification in December 2020. She is eager to share the transformational power of yoga and to open a new world of healing.
