Experience a magical sound bath, connect with like-minded souls, nourish your light and glow.At this new monthly gathering, in addition to a 30-minute sound healing, I will offer tips to integrate sound into daily life.
We will also hold space for each by sharing self-care practices and enjoy this beautiful community of learning and healing.
Bring your mat or anything else to make yourself comfortable and arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your space.
