Join Jessica Frombach of Divine Healing for a Sound Meditation. In this group meditation experience, you will relax and connect with the healing power of sound. Crystal singing bowls and tuning forks will gently guide you into a deep state of rest, awakening creativity, peace, and joy. Experience has shown that these sessions can have a profound impact on your wellbeing; if you have time for only one activity to make your week better, this is it!
The meditation is held in our upstairs studio on the first Thursday of each month at 7PM. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket or pillow, or whatever you need to support relaxation and be comfortable laying down. Admission is $20. Hope to see you there
