Monthly Sound Bath Meditation (Third Mondays)

Join us for a deeply relaxing 45-minute sound bath experience designed to soothe stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

This is a space for nervous system downshifting — where you can simply arrive, settle, and receive. You’ll be guided into comfort, then immersed in layered tones and gentle resonance that support calm, grounding, and inner clarity.

Suggested donation (pay-what-you-can):
Your contribution helps keep these monthly gatherings sustainable — and no one is ever turned away based on ability to pay. If you’re in a tight season, you’re still welcome. Come get what you need.

What to bring (for maximum cozy):

• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Blanket + pillow (highly recommended)
• Eye mask (optional but fabulous)
• Water bottle
• Warm layers (bodies cool down when they relax)

A gentle note about timing:
Doors open at 6:15 PM and we begin promptly at 6:30 PM. To protect the experience for everyone, late entry isn’t permitted once we start.
