We’ll start with some gentle breathing exercises and then dive deep into our sound journey together.
You'll hear different instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments.
At the end you’ll have time to have a warm beverage and journal if you choose
before you float home to the rest of your afternoon.
About the session:
Our room will have comfortable seating for sitting and some room to lay down, if you desire.
This is a 90-minute sound bath. Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring pillows or blankets to pad yourself or cover yourself and be at your utmost comfort.
