Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of a quieter, more grounding space?

This monthly Sound & Voice Ceremony is an intentional space to pause from the outside world and reconnect with yourself —a safe place to relax and return inward.

You’ll be invited to lie down, rest, and receive—allowing the vibrations of sound and voice to move through you, creating space for inner stillness, deep rest, and peace.
Using instruments and intuitive voice, Sheau creates an immersive sound journey to create a deeply attuned field that supports the body in softening and grounding.

You will leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply restored.

This is not a performance, but a space to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself. Join monthly to deepen your connection with yourself.

Each ceremony is unique. Sheau's voice becomes a living instrument—guiding the journey in real time and responding in the moment to the energy of the space.

No prior experience is needed.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in, so we can begin on time
• Doors close at 6:05 PM to respect the container
• Yoga mats will be provided
• You are welcome to bring a pillow, mat, blanket, and eye mask for added comfort
