Join Creative Outlets Arts Center for a relaxing and creative afternoon as we combine painting, stitching, and textile art to create a beautiful summer landscape inspired by nature.
Participants will explore color, texture, and simple hand-stitching techniques while creating a one-of-a-kind mixed media artwork featuring fabric, thread, and embellishments. No prior sewing or artistic experience is required. This workshop is designed for beginners and experienced makers alike.
We are excited to welcome guest Teaching Artist Emily Thayer, who will facilitate this unique workshop and guide participants through the process of creating their own stitched landscape masterpiece. Emily brings a wealth of experience in fiber arts and mixed media techniques, making this a wonderful opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive and creative environment.
