We will be jumping into October early with a Spooky theme! Dress up in your favourite costume! This dance will start with a 30 minute "Steal" dancing workshop. Learn how to switch partners in a Birthday Jam or Steal Dance, or perfect what you already know!Workshop will be from 6:30-7pm, followed by social dancing from 7-9pm. Our social dances are the first Saturday of EVERY month. There will be 2 hours of DJ'd tunes and the set list will include a mix of beginner friendly and faster songs so dancers of all levels are welcome! And you don't need to have a dance partner to come - solo dancers are welcome too!

When: First Saturday of the month, Workshop: 6:30-7pm, Dancing 7-9pm
Where: 190 Wortley Road, lower level 5 (in the Rising Moon Bellydance Studio)
How to find us: We're in the same plaza as the Wortley Roadhouse. There are doors on both ends of the building (See screenshot in comments) and staircases on both ends as well. We're in the basement so you'll want to head downstairs.
Cost: $15 for Workshop & Dance, $10 for Dance only
What to bring: Indoor shoes and a water bottle
For those who haven't visited the studio before it does get toasty despite the air conditioning, so I tend to dress like it's summer all year long and bring lots of water. Can't wait to see you all there!
