Join Hana for a series of 2.5 hour monthly class with a blend of gentle asana (movement), mudras (sacred gestures), pranayama (breath regulation), dyana (meditation) and discussion.
The Sanskrit word "satsang" combines "sat" meaning true, essence, reality and "sanga" meaning association or company. Each gathering follows a simple rhythm: practice, opportunity to share, repeat.
There will be space to reflect, share, journal or sit in contemplation.
Each month, we'll go through five Yamas from 8 limbs of Yoga.
