Native Bees are the buzz this month! Weedon Island Education Outreach Supervisor Liz Childress will educate us on native bees and their habitat. Then on Saturday, we will join Liz in a walk at Weedon Island to observe what we learned on Thursday.Learn more about our native bees by buying (for $10) or downloading (for FREE!) the book "Bee Basics: An Introduction to Our Native Bees" from The Pollinator Partnership:

Everyone is welcome at all Pinellas Chapter monthly meetings - membership not required! Come and bring a friend. Enjoy the fellowship of other native plant lovers, both newbies and experts, information about local environmental topics and upcoming events, an informative program, and more. We encourage everyone to pot up your "extra" volunteer plants and bring them to share/swap with other plant lovers. Please join us!
