Monthly Program: Michelle Brega Joins WIB!

Ever wonder about the women behind San Diego's most prevalent redevelopment projects? Michelle Brega is Senior Director, External Relations for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, the owner and operator of San Diego International Airport. Her diverse airport team includes Government Relations, Small Business Development, Office of the Authority Clerk, and Labor Compliance. She leads the Authority’s Environmental, Social and Governance annual report group, and co-chairs its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts. Michelle's career reflects the diversity of her portfolio at the Airport Authority, and spans the government, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. 

Join us to hear from Michelle about the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority’s New Terminal 1 (New T1) redevelopment project. The centerpiece of the New T1 is the replacement of the 54-year-old Terminal 1 with an attractive, modern, and more efficient facility, as well as airfield enhancements, major improvements to adjacent roadways, and a new Terminal 1 Parking Plaza.
