This month Clare will guide us in a meditation to release any energy you may be carrying that isn’t yours. It's a chance to clear your field, ground back into yourself, and create space for your own wellbeing.You spend so much time holding space for others.
This Circle is for you to feel supported, inspired, and grounded in both your healing work and your business journey.
In a world where we’re expected to have it all together (especially on social media), this monthly gathering is where you can take the mask off and say, “Here’s where I really am.”
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being real, connecting with peers, and coming back to what truly moves you forward.
Each month includes:
🌀 A sharing circle – celebrate wins, voice struggles, and receive support
🎴 A guided practice – led by rotating facilitators (this month: Clare), offering space to recharge and rejuvenate

Clare Babbage is the Founder of Be Different Studio, a leadership coach, healer, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and groups. Her work blends energy healing, shamanic practices, guided meditation, and grounded coaching to help people reconnect with their own clarity and sovereignty.
Clare created the Practitioners Circle to nurture the community of health and wellbeing practitioners in Hawke’s Bay. She knows first hand the challenges of holding space for others while also running a business and she’s passionate about creating sustainable, connected pathways for those doing transformative work in the world.
