Monthly Mindfulness Moment

Join us for a grounding and gentle workshop to find stillness, release, and a deep sense of calm. The evening will include restorative movement, guided meditation, and sound healing. Facilitated by Keri O’Mara (she/her).

Keri is a trauma-informed certified restorative yoga + meditation teacher. She believes deeply in the healing power of an embodied practice and creates accessible, inclusive, and safe spaces where you can find stillness, self-compassion, and empowerment.

This event will also be facilitated by Jennifer Solarte, &Rise CEO, Jennifer is an author, entrepreneur, trauma life coach, reiki master, somatic practitioner, and speaker who is passionate about helping women live their best lives after trauma and abuse. Jennifer has years of experience working with survivors and provides trauma-informed care to those she works with. Jennifer is a passionate advocate for all women and offers prevention education to help empower and educate women on healthy relationships, red flags, and healthy coping skills.
