Monthly Mindfulness: an hour long workshop.About this Event
In the past decade over a 1,000 people have taken part in the free Mindfulness Based Life Enhancement courses offered in Sheffield by the Centre for Mindful Based Life Enhancement ( www.mindfulenhance.org ).
Join us for an hour long workshop exploring the principles and practice of Mindfulness. The session will mostly be practice though there will be time for discussion.
Please come in comfortable, loose clothing as there will be some (gentle) mindful movement.
