Monthly Menopause Education 4 Part Series: Mind & Body Connection

Join NAMI Charlotte for a four-part, in-person education and discussion series focused on menopause, mental health, and connection. This is your time to learn, reflect, and connect with other women navigating similar life stages, whether you come solo or make it part of a “girls’ night out.”

Each session explores a different aspect of menopause, emotional health, hormones and mood, relationships and identity, coping, and resilience through an inclusive, trauma-informed, and stigma-reducing lens. Sessions include brief educational talks, open discussions, and reflection activities.

This series is for:

• Women experiencing perimenopause or menopause
• Caregivers, mental health professionals, and community members
• Anyone seeking a supportive, empowering space to learn and connect
