About this Event

This is an in-person only event, which takes place at Charis Books and More. This space is free, but we recommend you RSVP to reserve your spot because space is limited. Please read the event details & "who is this group for?" section at the bottom of this page to be sure you can participate in this group.

Charis Books and More is excited to bring our community a monthly space for LGBTQ+ Singles who love women 50+ to socialize, build community, and make connections. By single we mean available to mix and mingle - polyamorous folks are welcome and encouraged to attend. The purpose of this group is to celebrate and connect with other LGBTQIA folks & women 50+. We will not fade into the background. We are alive, vibrant, and sexy! If you are LGBTQIA, single, and love women 50 and over, this group is for you! Let’s move past anxiety and fear. Take a deep breath. Get out of your head and into your heart - that’s where connection with others is possible. This group will meet at Charis on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 3:00pm-4:30pm ET. Join us on Saturday, April 18th at 3:00pm EST!

This group is hosted by Sid Robinson. Sid is skilled at creating safe spaces that encourage folks to be authentic and connect. So dust off your favorite shoes - whether wingtips, stilettos, Vans, hiking boots, or sandals - and come as you are to make new friends!

Our bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and gender neutral with motion activated fixtures. Both bathrooms have wheelchair accessible baby changing tables. Our directional signs are written in braille. Please contact us at [email protected] or 404-524-0304 if you would like ASL interpretation at this event.
