Held at The Little Gem cafe in Royal Wootton Bassett, I invite you to join me to unwind, relax and let down.
These sessions are perfect for total beginners, through to those who meditate on a regular basis. You will need to provide your own mat and I actively encourage you to bring a blanket, a pillow and a bottle of water.
This session lasts around an hour and is a great way to start your weekend. Places are limited to 6 and are just £9.50.
