This month, our Yoga story is Lilo and Stitch. Join Becky as we use yoga to delve into the lessons of this Disney classic, We will explore how to embrace our individuality and the importance of Family (not just blood relatives!) on this fun-filled adventure to Hawaii. Our sessions are always complemented with a fun, themed game and craft session to enjoy after class.
This is aimed for kids between the ages of 3-6 but kids out of this bracket would be welcomed if they wanted to join in! Parents you are more than welcome to sit in the shop with a book and take a well-earned break, or join in with the adventure!
Yoga for kids provides an opportunity for children to interact with peers, to build friendships and to improve their social skills in a supportive way. They will discover new skills for them to apply at home, and the physical practice supports their growing bodies through challenging, fun postures.
