Each session flows intuitively and may include:

The flow of each circle is guided intuitively in the moment, making every gathering unique while still building on shared growth over time.
Open to all levels — whether you’re just starting out or have years of practice, you’ll find a welcoming space to learn, grow, and connect with kindred spirits.
As this community continues to grow, I may begin introducing additional spaces for deeper or more advanced exploration, while keeping this circle as the core foundation.
