Monthly Friends & Family walk to encourage those unavailable during the week to get out and move their body!
This month we'll be striding at the Butterfly Trail Park in Grain Valley, MO has an asphalt trail and designated parking area.
Length: 0.8-mile loop trail - we will do 2-3 laps (do what you can!)
Kid-friendly: Yes
Pets: Yes, on leash only and you must clean up after your pet.
Fishing: Yes, with permit
Bikes: Yes non-motorized only
Restrooms: Yes
