Jade Frost will be hosting a monthly Contact Improv Jam at Ambo Dance Theatre.This event will consist of a class and introduction to the practice of Contact Dance with a guided warmup that will lead us into an open jam.
No previous experience needed!

This is a FREE event, but donations are appreciated for Ambo Dance Theatre who make their studio available to us.
A $10 recommended donation can be made via cash or venmo to @AmboDance
Dancers must be 15+ to participate. All participants will need to sign a Liability Waiver/Release before participating in movement-based activities. Participants who are under the age of 18 must have a Parent/Guardian present to sign their waiver.
