Monthly Cleanse - Beach Cleanup

Brought to you by The Midweek Cleanse! Here is our monthly version for people who can’t join during the weekdays!

Come join us for a guided sunrise meditation led by Daniel Cornsweet, followed by a group beach cleanup! Music will be provided by DJ Nick Steffen as well as there will be a booth set up by the Miami Dade Sea Turtle Conservation to educate us on all the different types of species of turtles we conserve in this area.

Healthy refreshments will be provided by the Hideout Cafe, as well as other local business partnerships included! ?

All cleanup supplies will be provided. A water bottle, towel, yoga mat and bathing suit are encouraged as the ocean screams for us all to jump in on most days after meditation.

This is a free event but donations are welcome on the day of at the event. Thank you for your interest we look forward to having you a part of our mission to keep the planet green!
