Monthly Breathwork Group with Ashlee - September

We utilize the astrology of the moment... September 2025 offers an even deeper invitation for change. The Solar and Lunar eclipses this month highlight our conscious awareness (Virgo) and unconscious wisdom (Pisces). As a group, we will pause within the energetic dark to heal, one breath at a time.

Breathwork circles are an opportunity to be seen, heard and actualized in community! The three part breath practice activates the part of our nervous system aligned to "fight or flight" and invites us to shed what's ready and heal by transformation. You can expect an activating Breathwork practice that will be supported by loud music for emotional release. Invitations to scream, yell, and even laugh will be present. We will seal this practice with equal parts rest and integration. This healing circle also includes open share, intention setting and journaling.

All levels of experience are welcome! As this practice is intimate, space is limited!
