These sessions are monthly. They will also be offered virtually via Zoom- link provided in confirmation email.
They will rotate as to the Breath Focus each month-
1. Overall Release - working within all chakras
2. Chakra Purge- working in a specific chakra
3. Grounding- working in the root chakra
Bring :
Your open mind and willingness to release
Yoga mat- 20 provided- first come basis
Pillow- 20 provided- first come basis
Blanket- 20 provided- first come basis
Water bottle
All electronic devices (watches, tablets, phones etc) will be collected as they interfere with your ability to connect to all that is here to serve you energetically.
