Monthly Breath Work: Pranayama & Tummo Breathing
Second Sunday of every month | 6:15–7:15 PM
Radiant Healing Arts Center | Donation-Based
Your breath is one of the most accessible tools you have for influencing your nervous system, shifting your state, and reconnecting with your body.
In this monthly breathwork class, Gwyn will explore breathing practices from both Yoga Pranayama and Qigong Tummo-style breathing, offering a variety of techniques to cultivate awareness, regulate the nervous system, and support the flow of energy throughout the body.
Each month will offer a combination of guided breath practices, gentle movement, and moments of stillness. Practices will vary, allowing you to explore how different breathing patterns can influence your physical, mental, and energetic state.
Benefits of mindful breath practices may include:
Supporting nervous system regulation
Reducing stress and promoting relaxation
Improving body awareness and interoception
Supporting mental clarity and focus
Cultivating resilience and emotional balance
Creating a greater sense of grounding and connection
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Come breathe, explore, and discover what your breath can teach you.
