This comprehensive series combines hands-on training with personal development to ensure athletes are prepared both academically and mentally for the challenges of the recruitment journey.

• Recruitment Workshop (Nov 17, 2024): Create a personalized college target list, complete recruitment profiles, and build mental toughness through goal setting, visualization, and resilience drills.
• Skills Workshop (Nov 23, 2024): Strengthen defensive and rebounding techniques with expert coaching to enhance court performance, agility, and endurance.
• Academic Workshop (Nov 24, 2024): Research academic requirements for your target colleges, create a preliminary list, and establish a study plan to meet academic goals.
