Join a monthly group conversation exploring aging and longevity through a human-centered, science-informed lens. Guided by insights from the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, we’ll discuss how to live longer, feel better, and make the most of the years ahead. All are welcome—no science background needed. Come with questions, reflections, or just a desire to connect.

We'll use the articles to help focus our discussion. We hope you will attend and share your ideas and experiences. Last month, we had new members that helped increase the age span of the group so that it ranges from late thirties to late seventies. We all age so let's talk about what we can do now to ensure our longevity and high quality of life.

About Clubs @ Manny's - Manny's Clubs are discussion groups that convene once a month for 90 minutes to discuss a wide variety of topics. Led by community moderators, the groups are meant to bring together ideas and build community. Groups may exchange ideas, discuss specific works or decide to take a field trip. Actionable outcome is not required but is encouraged. Participants are asked to make a 6 month or yearly commitment.
