At the community Center in Scotts Valley.
Immerse yourself in soothing frequencies and healing sounds designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and gently guide you into a deeply restful state of relaxation with Ariella Laver.
Gong, singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments will carry you through this relaxing journey.
