The first meeting of the month opens with a mini auction of items presented by club members. This is followed by a business meeting presided over by the Club President that follows an agenda to be emailed to club members prior to the meeting. The main feature of the meeting is a program presented by a club member on some topic of interest related to philately. Members are also encouraged to bring material to trade with or sell to club members, after the program.
The second meeting of the month features an auction consisting of lots submitted for bidding to the club, which is compiled into a list to be emailed to club members. Club members are responsible for bringing their own lots for auction to the club meeting. At the end of the auction, members are free to meet, talk, trade, or discuss suggestions for future meetings.
