Montefiore 3rd Annual H@RP Housing Resource Fair

We are proud to host the 3rd Annual H@RP Housing Resource Fair at Montefiore Medical Center (Moses Campus), dedicated to supporting Montefiore patients and the Bronx community who are experiencing housing instability. As part of our ongoing commitment to addressing housing as a critical social determinant of health, this event provides an opportunity to connect individuals and families with essential housing resources, support, and services.

Through collaboration with community organizations, housing agencies, brokers, and property management companies many of whom accept housing vouchers we aim to bridge the gap in access to stable housing and improve health outcomes for those in need.
