About this Event
The Waitakere’s is home to one of Aucklands largest water sources and scores of natural bush making it a walkers paradise. This trail has a variety of terrains from flat boarded paths to undulating bush, with many stairs. All up we'll be out in the bush for approximately 4 1/2 hours including a rest stop half way round.
Event Highlights:
? Guided Walk: Your guide will take you on an adventure through the NZ bush, accompanied with facts, conversations starters and a fun morning out of the city!
? Connection Opportunities: We keep the walks to max 15 ladies to provide an intimate space where you can forge meaningful connections.
Winter walks are amazing when they end with a tea - we’ll get a brew on at the end of the trail where you can enjoy a cup of tea and trail snack on us.
Date, Time & Location: Saturday 27th July | 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM | Cascade Kauri Park is via Falls Road, off Te Henga Road.
? All Women Aged 18+ welcome
?️ Moderate rated track - please ensure your comfortable walking 3+ hours non-stop.
? Comfortable Clothing and Walking Shoes Suitable for navigating natural terrain.
