Storytime: Our adventure begins with an interactive storytelling session featuring "If Monet Painted a Monster (The Reimagined Masterpiece Series)" by Amy Newbold, a book that, with a friendly hamster as a guide, that takes readers on a fantastic journey through famous paintings that have been altered to include monsters. It is a fun introduction to well-known artists, an opportunity for kids to learn about different styles of art, and it will set the perfect tone for the creative activity that follows. 2. Splatter Session: After the story, it's time to get creative! Each participant will receive a ceramic monster figurine to paint in the splatter room. Watch as your monster comes to life with color!
